Meet your Mentor

Jean Alfonso-Decena

Hi, I’m Jean. I started my career as a 23-year old call center agent, growing into Operations Management, moving on to Silicon Valley startup leadership and content creation, heading onto building regional teams for global companies.

I then embarked on a 10-year journey traveling several countries to accelerate two things: my spiritual and professional growth. I did them simultaneousely while growing a family and making new, genuine connections to discover more about life, so I can learn more about myself.

Books played a huge role in my growth, but there’s a super special essential ingredient to the expansion I’ve gone through.

MY MENTORS.

And I would love to share with you my lessons and gifts from that experience.

Silicon Valley Startups, Executive Leadership, Tech Startup Founding, AI, Web3, Spirituality & Consciousness

I spent 20 years building essential skills, developing meaningful relationships and discovering what truly makes me excited to wake up everyday doing impactful work that I love and feels like play, with people I enjoy working with in industries with glass ceilings.

From Manila to the US, and through Southeast Asia, and after spending 3 years in Osaka and now homebased in Kyoto, my professional journey and leadership style have evolved into what I call a future-ready human.

This is because I have been and continue to be mentored by some of the most unique, brilliant humans doing uber cool work in the world. In turn, I’ve been informally mentoring women and men for the past 15 years who want to build (or switch) careers in AI, Data Science, Spiritual Healing Arts, Silicon Valley startup scenes and learn how to become savvy and global tech founders, outstanding leaders, conference speakers. Most of all, how to take care of themselves holistically so they can do more out of life and fulfill their missions in the world.

I’m now ready to share lessons from my professional journey, my “holistic stack” and other systems, methods, resources and toolkits so you can become the builder, leader, founder and expert that you want to be in the new frontier.

It would be an honor to guide you into your professional evolution and holistic Self Mastery.
